Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

Mahaffey uses CAD programs to assist in the planning of many projects. We can provide CAD diagrams and schematic drawings that allow one to better visualize the completed structure and its contents, including elements such as seating, electrical components, decor elements and audio visual equipment. Crowd flows and equipment access paths can be pre-planned and approved before assembly work begins. These tools help us eliminate any unpleasant surprises and ensure your satisfaction.

Site Inspection & Consultation

Preliminary site inspections enable our experienced consultants to identify preferred tent locations, determine optimal layouts, and uncover potential challenges. We evaluate site accessibility, power distribution, ground surfaces and levels, obstructions, storm sewers, and several other elements. By assessing a site in the beginning, we can minimize costs and eradicate future problems for our clients and their guests.

Manufacturing & Maintenance

Mahaffey Tent Rentals specializes in the rental of Clear Span tents and structures, as well as the customized manufacturing of vinyl fabrics. The primary fabrics supplied in our industry are either coated or laminated PVC, or woven polyethylene. In general, the heavier the material weight, the greater the expected longevity. Coated materials offer greater long-term durability than laminates and woven polyethylene. Cost differences among coated, laminated, and woven polyethylene materials reflect this difference.

Our acquisition of a state-of-the-art industrial washing and drying machine allows us to ensure only the cleanest equipment is used by our clients for their special events.  This environmentally-friendly machine is currently being used in only a small number of progressive tent companies around the world.
