Helpful Hints for Wedding Planners:
- Determine color scheme... Mahaffey will
coordinate tents and accessory items with any and all
colors.
- Gather information on venue setting (topography info,
digital photograph of site), submit to Mahaffey, and
schedule site inspection.
- Plan on rain... Even if it doesn't, it's
proven that people stay longer and have more fun with tented
events.
- Features: Mahaffey can build tents around trees,
fountains, you name it! Thinking of setting up the tent
around your pool? We can set it up OVER the pool!
- Flooring: Want carpet? What color?
Wood floor? Parquet or Black & White dance floor?
What about clear flooring over your pool?
- Rent our Lucite or Mahogany bar for that extra effect.
- Brass Chandelier or Wrought Iron?
- Flat, white ceiling or white silk, pleated ceiling
liner?
- Note: Renting the venue an extra day or
two will cost less than having our crews work 24 hours a
day.
